How long does shipping take?
If you paid via Credit Card, you will receive your order in 7-10 business days. If you chose PayPal as your payment option, your order will not begin processing until the full payment has been received. Once payment is received, your order will be received in 7-10 business days. Business days DO NOT include Sundays or Federal Holidays. We ship all orders from Kathleen, GA. We do e-mail you your shipping number as soon as your order ships out, so keep checking your e-mail for that, or e-mail CustomHandbags@cox.net if you have any questions on the status of your order.

What is your cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled before the order has been shipped (usually within 72 hours) are entitled to a full refund. Orders cancelled after the order has been shipped are entitled to a refund less shipping and handling once the product has been returned.

What are the Miche Bag and Miche shells made of?
The exterior of the bag is made of a silk/polyester blend. The shell material varies depending on the style, but can be: faux leather, faux crocodile skin, faux cheetah fur, regular nylon, textured nylon, canvas, and cotton.

What is your return policy?
Any item ordered on www.4CustomHandbags.com is covered by our 30-day refund policy. For all returns and exchanges, please contact CustomHandbags@cox.net to start a refund/exchange request. Please keep the following things in mind for refunds and exchanges: 1. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging. 2. 4CustomHandbags.com does not cover return shipping costs - these will be deducted from your refund total or will need to be covered by you in the case of an exchange. 3. Refund and exchange requests outside of the 30-day purchase window will not be honored.

Can Miche Bag magnets cause damage to credit cards, cell phones, or other electronic equipment?
This is an excellent question, and one we get quite often. Our magnets are permanent and are called "earth magnets" - while this is great for holding the shell in place, it carries the benefit of being absolutely harmless to credit cards, iPod's, cell phones, and other similar electronic devices. An "earth magnet" would have to be the size of your fist or larger to damage any of those items. So don't worry - your Miche Bag will do no harm!

Why aren't Miche Bags made out of real leather?
Leather is expensive and the materials that we use are very similar to the real thing without using real animal parts. If we used real leather, the cost of our products would triple. Our material is just as durable and is an acceptable replacement.

How do you properly remove the Miche Shell from the Miche Bag?
The proper way to remove the shell is to grab the shell in the MIDDLE and pull. Do not grab the shell by the corner to pull them off. If you continue to do this, it will cause the shell to curl in that corner which could interfere with the magnets.

How should I store my Miche Shells when not in use?
Shells should be stored in the same manner they were received. Shells should never be folded in thirds as this will cause a "bubble" in the material and the shell will not sit flat on your Miche Base. You should always fold the shell in such a way that the "fold" is along the stitching of the bottom panel.

Do you ship to military members stationed abroad?
Yes! Please be advised, International shipping charges can range from $20-$40 depending on your area. The system will charge you a $2.00 holding fee. This fee will be deducted from your actual shipping charge. If you would like a shipping quote prior to placing your order, send an email with the items you would like to order. A quote will be sent back to you. If you decide to place your order, the shipping charge will be added as an additional charge when your order is shipped.
